I had to install both the Aptana and Aptana Rails plugins into Eclipse. After that I changed the policy url, and made sure that I had the following options selected under Preferences ...

* Install/Update:
 * Valid updates - compatible
* Aptana Automatic updates
 * Custom update policy (change via policy url)

After I made these changes, I was able to install build 0.8.0.200706201059 of the Rails plugin.

I tried doing this with eclipse and it keeps telling me that there are no updates available and I followed all of the instructions.. Have any suggestions? I'm stuck in version 0.8.0.200705141538. I've asked on the forums too:
